The service

CalcitX provides AI-assisted tools to organize tax forms, checklists, and planning notes. Features may change. Trial periods and access are provided at our discretion and may be subject to a separate agreement.

Not professional advice

CalcitX is not a tax advisor, attorney, or certified public accountant. The service does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for decisions based on organized materials and for consulting a qualified professional when appropriate.

Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when requesting access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use CalcitX in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

CalcitX branding, software, and site content are owned by CalcitX or its licensors. You retain ownership of documents and data you upload.

Disclaimer

The site and service are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that checklists will be complete for every situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalcitX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
